Our Cancellation Policy
Your deposit once paid is only 50% refundable up until 90 days before tour departure.
0-90 days before tour departure your deposit is fully non-refundable. We recommend that upon payment of your deposit you take out cancellation travel insurance for your dates of travel to protect you in the event you must cancel due to unforeseen circumstance.
Final tour payment is due 60 days before tour commencement and is non-refundable.
If French Fusion Travel cancels the tour * you get a full refund
*be aware that this will happen well in advance of any tour and will be because minimum tour numbers were not reached to run the tour

TRAVEL IN THE TIME OF COVID
There is always some risk when travelling during the new Covid era.
Whilst you can get medical insurance and cancellation cover while you are travelling for most issues around Covid please understand that:
in the following unlikely event: IF BORDERS SUDDENLY CLOSE we cannot refund you your final tour payment and you POSSIBLY CANNOT CLAIM the loss back through your travel insurer. You must understand this possible risk when booking/paying and check with your travel insurer about your cover.
SELF-ISOLATION & QUARANTINE
French Fusion Travel will be stringently following health protocols and covid risk management procedures if still necessary while on tour.
French Fusion Travel will not be held responsible for you contracting covid and legally having to isolate whilst on our tour. You will be responsible for your own isolation requirements. This is may be very unlikely to happen and regulations in each country are different and change daily.
All tours are NOT A CONFIRMED DEPARTURE until minimum booking numbers have been reached. Please contact us before booking ANY flights for your tour until we have confirmed with you that that bookings are sufficient for the tour to go ahead.departure unless minimum numbers of bookings have been reached. Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS below regarding this.
French Fusion Travel Services reserves the right to deviate from the itinerary should circumstances require, and to substitute venues with those of an equal standing or tariff.
French Fusion Travel Services, its employees and agents does not accept any liability whatsoever for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those Airlines, coach operators, shipping companies, hoteliers restaurateurs or other persons providing services in connection with your tour pursuant to a contract with them. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort for any accident, injury, damage, loss, delay, irregularity, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any act or event which is beyond our control, or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment, industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding to demands of a labour group).
CHANGES IN EXCHANGE RATE – Please be aware that reservations made so far in advance are based on the current exchange rate. We have therefore priced the tour in the native currency of the country to hopefully protect against any major fluctuations in the exchange rate between this and Australia.
LIABILITY – IMPORTANT: Under the Trade Practices Act and other legislation, consumers have the right to compensation if services are not provided with due care and skill or if services are not reasonably fit for a particular purpose made known by the consumer. This right cannot be excluded. However, French Fusion Travel Services advises you that the services it renders under this agreement are the booking and packaging of services provided by others, such as restaurants.
LAW – The law of this contract is the law of the state of Victoria and, where applicable, to the law of the Commonwealth of Australia. Insofar as it is lawful to do so, FRENCH FUSION TRAVEL SERVICES excludes all liability, if any, to the tour member arising out of the application to this Agreement of Foreign law. The tour member submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian or Federal Courts in relation to this Agreement.
